General web searches for performers or show types turn up copied pages, fake "leaked" videos and sites that imitate real cam sites to collect logins or card details. Timing matters

Performers broadcast from many time zones, and each has their own schedule. If your favorites are rarely on when you visit, look at the schedule in their room description and adjust, or follow a few performers whose hours match yours.

After a few visits you will notice patterns: certain formats, languages, times of day or kinds of room. Keep them in mind, or jot them down, and turn them into the tags and filters you search with. It sounds obvious, but it is the difference between scrolling aimlessly and finding a show you like within a couple of minutes.
