Something went wrong on a cam site? Who to contact for what

Billing, account security, a room that worries you, your data: each kind of problem has its own place to go. Here is the map, and what to say when you get there.

Find your problem first

Most help pages lump everything into one "contact us" link. GirlCamHub doesn't: each kind of problem has its own place, and going to the right one first saves days of back and forth. When we checked on 28 September 2026, this is how it was laid out. Almost everything sits in the row of links at the very bottom of every page.

Account questions: the Support link

The Support link doesn't open a form. It opens a new email to support@cb-wl.com, with the site's name and your username already filled into the subject line. The address doesn't end in girlcamhub.com, which can look odd, but it's the one the site's own Support link and its privacy policy both give.

That detail matters because fake support is a common trick. Search for cam site support and you'll find phone numbers and "help desks" that have nothing to do with the site. Use the link at the bottom of the page, and treat any other address with suspicion.

Send the email from the address on your account if you can, since that's how support can tell the message is really from you.

Billing: the Billing page

The Billing page starts by asking which name is on your statement, because who you contact depends on who billed you. When we checked, card payments were either billed directly, with an online self-service page, two toll-free phone numbers, a UK number and an international one, or through a company called Epoch, in which case "EPOCH.COM" appears on the statement and Epoch's own customer support handles it.

If you think your card was used by someone else, call your bank or card provider first; they can stop further charges. For anything else, such as a membership you want to cancel or a purchase you don't understand, start with the site's billing support before you think about a dispute. Paying for cam shows privately explains what each payment method leaves on a statement.

Security: the Security Center

The Security Center is worth a look even when nothing is wrong. It shows whether your account email is confirmed, lets you change your password and set up 2-step verification, and lists recent sign-in activity with an approximate location for each. There's also a button to log out of every other session at once.

If you think someone else has got into your account, work through it in this order:

  1. Secure your email Change the password on the email address behind the account, since that's where reset links go.
  2. Change the account password Do it from a device you trust, then use the button to log out of all other sessions.
  3. Turn on 2-step verification The site suggests adding a backup device too, so you aren't locked out if you lose your phone.
  4. Check activity and purchases Look at the recent activity list, then tell support about anything you didn't do.

Keeping your cam account private covers the rest of account safety.

Something wrong in a room, or content that shouldn't be there

Room pages have a Report Room button. Use it for anything in a room that breaks the rules or worries you, and use it straight away, while the room is still live.

For content that was shared without someone's consent, or that is abusive, the Report Nonconsensual/Abusive Content link at the bottom of the page leads to a report form on Chaturbate's support site. If something of yours, such as your own images or video, has been posted without your permission, the DMCA / Remove Content link leads to a separate form for that. Performers dealing with reposted shows will find more in getting leaked cam content taken down.

If someone is threatening to share images of you, don't pay and don't reply. Our guide to cam scams and sextortion goes through what to do, step by step.

If a child might be involved

Report it on the site, and report it outside the site as well. The Internet Watch Foundation runs a global reporting portal with ICMEC, which anyone in the world can use anonymously. In the US, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children runs the CyberTipline, online or by phone on 1-800-843-5678. Report the web address, and don't save or share the material itself.

Your data and your account

The Security Center includes a Privacy Center, which the site says lets you view and download the data it keeps about you and request permanent deletion. The privacy policy adds that you can ask for a copy of your information by emailing support@cb-wl.com, that you'll be asked to prove it's your account, and that the reply goes only to the email address on the account.

Deletion is final in a way that's easy to miss. According to the privacy policy, any tokens, purchases and memberships on the account are given up when you ask for deletion, with no refund, and your username is kept so nobody else can use it. Spend or use what you've paid for first. Deleting your cam account walks through deactivation, deletion and what to do before either.

Before you write to anyone

  • Include your username, the date and time, and the room name if it happened in a room.
  • Describe what happened in a few plain sentences; a screenshot of an error message or a chat can help.
  • Never send your password, a full card number or a photo of your ID by email. No genuine support team needs them that way.
  • Use the links on the site itself, not numbers or addresses from search results, ads or messages.

What GoGirlCam can and can't help with

GoGirlCam is a guide, not the cam site, so we can't see or change accounts, payments or rooms. If something on our own pages is wrong, out of date or worrying, tell us and we'll look at it. For everything on GirlCamHub, the links above are the quickest route, and what is GirlCamHub? explains how the two sites relate.
